See at present we cannot say that how many seats are/or will be vacant in after the JoSAA round 7 and will be carried forward to the CSAB Special Round Counselling.

But as oer previous trends it is seen that all of the colleges including the NIT/IIITs have many vacant seats which lowers that rank cutoff of counselling.Lower NITs like those of NE and Other like Patna,bhopal etc. Have cutoffs surpassing 70,000 CRL.
