Location of his work place
Institute he/she is working - govt or private / self
Experience
Expertise

But on an average in govt salary in medical college gor new comer is same as for other MD   around Rs 70,000
In private its around  Rs 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 initially
Self radiology center Rs 1,00,000- sky is limit
