Different hniversities have different fee reimbursement schemes. And as far as i can see , you have not mentioned any name of university.

I assume it to be IGNOU and based upon my assumption and the latest tuition fee waiver scheme for SC students , 100% tuition fee will be reimbursed . But for fee reimbursement , students have to apply on the online portal of IGNOU .Only the studemts who apply for fee reimbursements , will get their tuition fee reimbursed.
