Honestly dear your pay scale totally depends on two things, your potential and your experience. It depends on the category of freelancer you are, genuinely without any experience, as a fresher you can expect a starting package of 12000-20000 per month. But yes as you gather more experience your package rises to 30000-50000 per month as well. The more you gain knowledge the more you get paid for it. This is just a genuine package it can be more if you are associated with software development works.

Good luck!!
