From the government and private institutions fee structure I can say that the course can cost upto 1-3 lacs per annum including fee for hostel.

Since you haven't mention the college its quite difficult to talk about any certain college.For any college you want to go,you can visit it's official website and fee structure there you will see the fee division, including tution and hostel fee.
