As i said to you in the previous answer, BA is completely dependent upon the subject.

generally for any subject the fees varies between 5000 INR to 45000 INR. this is just tuition fee. there might be other miscellaneous fees added. it also depends on the level of college. top colleges even charge a fee of 60000 INR. per annum.

so please ask with the subject.
