Firstly let me tell you that, in order to apply for IAS examination you need to complete your graduation degree form a recognised University.
Then, there's no degree parallel to IAS. You can complete graduation with any Subject of your choice. However, most ias goes for engineering or humanities course.
You don't get any Colleges, especially to prepare for the exam. You can either go for a coaching or prepare on your own besides graduation.
