For management quota in Heritage college,kolkata it varies from department to department .For mechanical it was paid as high as 16 lakh and for ECE it was 15 lakh in previous years.And coming for CSE it may vary from 15-20 lakh total for four year.It can negotiated if you have good marks in 12th or it depends on the demand.As high the demand they will raise the price more.I will suggest not to go for management quota because you will be placed in company where other students are placed from a normal college also.I hope it helped
