You have to score 70%.
That 70% is the eligibility criteria to sit for JEE
Other than that your +2 marks is nothing to do with JEE rankings.
You have to perform mains well to achieve your goals.

You said you are SC candidate. There are 2 types of rankings. 1. General rankings. In this you will be ranked with everyone. 2. SCIENCE rankings. Your rank among all the SC candidate. Both will be given in the results.
About 130 marks will need so to come under 10k rankings
