The hostel fees and the tution fees are included in the same fee structure and it will be shown in your fees structure that how much money are they charging from you for your hostel and how many for other basic amenities. See hostel includes everything wifi, food and other facilities you just have to take your essentials there and some amount of money like rs. 5000 and your ready to go.
