Although in almost all exams it's seen that the cutoff rank of UR is generally less than that of OBC, but in case of JIPMER the case is quite the reverse.
In 2018, where the cutoff for the UR students was Rank 156.
On the other hand, the OBC candidates faced a tough competition and had their cutoff rank near about 50.

Keeping this in mind, it's better advised for OBC category students to score a minimum of 730-740+/800 in order to make the cut.
