I would like to point out one important thing. As much as possible, please try to enter into the old IITs to study CSE, because, there are so many people who have said on Quora that the teaching and the facilities of the newer IITs, such as in Palakkad, Tirupathi, etc. are so worst.

Also, no IIT offers a B.Tech in Robotic Engineering. They offer only a postgraduate, that is, a M.Tech course. You can easily Google and get the results for the same.
