You have to mention which specific college/colleges you are aiming for a more specific answer in my part. Nevertheless, you can find institution wise and category wise cut off for ICAR 2018,here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.motachashma.com/amp/articles/icar-cut-off.php

The 2019 cut offs should not vary too much from this. They are usually pretty similar.
