Hello aspirant

98 percentile is equal to marks between 200-210 marks of Jee main.

You can convert your percentile to rank by the formula

(100-your percentile)× number of candidates appeared in exam ÷100

98 percentile is good score .you are from OBC category you can get Admission in top nit, IIT

Nit kanpur

Nit warangal

IIT Bombay

IIT Madras

Hi aspirant,

You have obtained 98 percentile in JEE Main and belong to OBC category. Based on this percentile your Common Rank list (CRL) would be 22,000 and the corresponding OBC category rank would be 5,000 approximately.

See since percentile depends on a number of factors there is no any method to calculate marks. NTA provides no tool for the same. Nevertheless, we can make a past year Analysis to predict the same. And accordingly based on 98 percentile your total marks would be 160 approximately. You can check it on following link: https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile/amp

All the best.
