You can convert your percentile to rank by the formula

(100-your percentile)× number of candidates appeared in exam ÷100

98 percentile is good score .you are from OBC category you can get Admission in top nit, IIT

Himanshu Kasera , If you give me accurate percentile means it is a accurate 98 then your marks is between 138 to 147 marks but if it is not accurate percentile then give me accurate percentile so I gave you something changeable marks.
