Hello Abhinav, 

According to the AIIMS cut off 2018 both general and gen-ph students should score a minimum of 100 marks out of 200 to qualify the entrance exam (that is cut off percentage is 50%). Also, 3% of the total seats have been reserved for the physically handicapped on a horizontal basis.
