You can get MBBS admission in VIMS , Bellary by two ways - one via all india quota counseling and another via Karnataka state quota counseling . I can't say much about Karnataka state quota cut offs because there are many reservations . But if you want selection in VIMS via all India quota then you should target rank within 8k in NEET . For last year NEET 595-600 marks were required for 8k rank approx , so target accordingly and try to score 600+ for your sure selection . ALl the best .
