Considering the marks vs rank of previous year COMEDK exam, you should obtain 110 or more marks to be in a safe zone for scoring rank below 10000. COMEDK ranks depend upon factors like difficulty level, number of exam takers etc. As far as your query is cocerned about getting below 10000 rank, I think 110 or more would get you rank below 10000.
