According to AIIMS 2018 prospectus General candidate need minimum 50% marks. Then their rank will be decided according to the percentile. Through rank you will get to know about your College

but what is the marks out of 200? actually i am a medical aspirant and i want a good college. i am also getting 580 in neet 2018.

I couldn't imagine the situation on your part.
But 50% of TOTAL you needed to qualify .
You have nothing to tally with as AIIMS never release the marks so wait please.
