You need to qualify JEE mains or the state exam to get admission in civil engineering. If you cross the cutoff you can apply for admission in civil engineering. The higher your percentile the more is your scope for getting admission in civil engineering.
Prestigious College hold a cutoff(for civil engineering) upto 85%ile.
