It varies college to college & It also depends in which college you want to apply. There are many colleges like DU, BHU etc.

The admission criteria of DU
It takes the admission on the basis of Merit list & you should have more than 85% in class 12th to apply.

The admission criteria of BHU
It takes the entrance exam & to apply you should have minimum 50% in class 12th.
