how much marks should i get in pcb group for hsc to get eligible in neet ,sir i want marks not percentage

You haven't mentioned your Category. But lets say your theory and practical marks are for 100 in each subject, you should pass the subject and score a minimum of 50 marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. That way you score 150 and out of 300, you would have scored 50% aggregate making you eligible for NEET if you belong to General Category. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So if you belong to OBC,SC,ST, you should aim for atleast 40 marks in these 3 subjects.
