I think You need to score around 100-110 marks to get 90 percentile. Though i am not sure. I am just telling to you based on JEE MAINS January exam.

The figure may vary this time. One thing more, I Don't think 90 percentile will fetch you any good college. So it's better if you try to score around 97-98 percentile that can only promise you admission in NITS/IIITS.

Hello,
You should try to score around 150-170 marks in jee mains in order to get 90 percentile marks.You should focus on solving problems and previous year's question papers as of now to score high marks in jee mains.

It depends on how much accuracy you have. You should attend at least attempt the questions for around 140-150 marks in JEE Mains.
