But when you are at IITs you can easily get education loan form any of the banks in India.

If you are in any private college you need more than 5 lakhs.And it depends on college to college .

Almost all IIT  the fees is almost 10 to 12 lacs for 4 year but it depends how much you financially stable supposeif your family is less 5 lacs per annum then your fees will be less
In private college it depends on you which private college do you want to study like For eg if want to study in college like
1) Birla institute of technology
2) Manipal institute of technology
3) Vellore institute of technology
4) Srm
Then the total fees including it will around 16 to 20 lacs
But if you want to study in your state in which  private college located the total fees will around 4 to 6 lacs
