Your question is not very specific, but generally the Fee paid by a candidate for studying Engineering or Science at any Government Institution is minimal. And the amount though meagre, is reimbursed to the student in terms of scholarship by the government.

For private instituions though, the fee is more or less on the same level as for a student from the general category, but you will be reimbursed through government scholarships anyways.
