Minimum 75%aggregate marks required for general category in Class12th for NIT, IIITs and GFTIs and IITs.

Criferia relaxed to 65% for SC, ST and PWD category.

Studnets can alternatively be in top20 percentile of respectively boards.

For other colleges no special criteria, however minimum 50% marks is safe and recommended.
