It depends on what course and stream you are applying for in college. If it's a general line of higher studies for you, the percentage you are looking for is above 55% to apply. However, if you have a percentage greater than it the chances if your admission will increase manifold. Some courses in some colleges might require you to pass an entrance exam as well.
