Hi there!
Look there is no cutoff for class 12 percentage through which you can appear in exam.however to get admission into NIT you must have 75 percent in CBSE.while other state board and many other have top 20 percentile system.the cutoff of top 20 percentile is announced every year in the website of jossa itself.
