NCHMCT JEE 2019 will In order to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2019, You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam. It is compulsory for the candidates to have English as one of the subjects. 

Appearing in Class 12 exam in 2019, can also apply for NCHM JEE entrance exam. However, such candidates will have to submit the proof that they have passed the qualifying exam by September 30, 2019.

As per the official brochure there is no any eligibility as in terms of Marks in the qualifying exams.
