Minimum 50% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics

For IIT's ans NIT's eligibility is of 80% above whereas for other colleges it is 65% above

According, to the new eligibility criteria you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile to take admission in NITs/IIITs/IITs and GFTIs.
