Now after knowing these rank you can use hit and trial method and use below formula to have an idea of percentile which you need to have which makes your rank is equals to cutoff of NIT trichy.
Your approximate rank=((100-your percentile score) X total number of candidates appeared for the exam)/100.
Total number of candidates appeared for the January exam= 869010.
For example:
Maximum rank you need to maintain for having admission in any particular branch is 141,909
Now by using the formula you get.
141,909=((100-your total percentile score) X869010/100)

Then,
(141,909 X 100)/869010= 100- your total percentile score

Then,
Your total percentile score = 100- 16.329961681

Then, your total percentile score= 83.670038
That means you need to maintain that minimum percentile for having admission in any branch which has  maximum cut off rank: 141,909
