To be admitted to the B.Tech programme at HBTU, Kanpur, you must score between 97 and 98 percent. The CSE cutoff rank is approximately 21,000, or about 97.5 percentile. The final ranks for the other basic branches are 31,000 for EE, 29,000 for ME, 35,000 for CE, etc.
