If you are applying through 15% All India Quota, you must try to focus on a score above 500 marks out of 720.

For State Quota, it depends on your state, the College as well as the category.

The minimum marks to get into a good govt college through AIQ should be between 520-550 marks in NEET 2018. For domicile holders the score must be between 438-492, the degree would vary according to the state of domicile. There shall be tough competition among the candidates of state Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, MP and BIHAR for 85%quota. The candidates of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu need not fear of the high cut offs though because of the large number of seats available through 85%quota.

So, decide the college accordingly!!
