You might be able to get maximum 10,000 rupees scholarship for your undergraduate degree. The eligibility criteria for engineering students in SC category is that you must be a resident of Maharashtra and that you should have passed with 60% aggregate in 10th/12th class .

If you got any engineering college with state cet cell cap round process than for SC category you will get full scholarship on Tuition fees.
You just have to pay other fees than a tuition fees
It will be approximately 20-30% of your total college fees.
If suppose for example

Vidyalankar college of engineering in wadala
Total fees for Computer engineering is approximately 1.4 lakh per year for open
For SC student fees is approximately 20000 per annum.
