Hi, this will depend upon the company you will be placed in. See for instance, B.tech graduates in TCS, HCL etc reportedly are given 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. I have seen many candidates take up the offer. Then there are B.Tech candidates who have got placements of 6, 12 and 22 lakhs also. What I am trying to say is no one can predict you will get this much salary or that much. Moreover, M.Tech candidates also have to start working at the starting level as the M.Tech advantage will only come during promotions and career growth otherwise I see not much benefits.
