After completing your Hotel Management course from Pusa or Kolkata your sallary depends upon on which company you are placed in hotel brands like Taj , ITC ,Intercontinental Hotel Group and Hilton would provide you around 20k some time good companies also comes like samsung which offer salary of 25k-50k.

After 2 year you salary would be around 30k-40k if you have did work hard and switch the company time to time.
