First of all TCS salary structure is different for every year if we going through the last year off campus drive then it was 3.36 Lpa and if you have 3 years work experience and lateral entry then salary structure will depends upon your previous employees pay scale or if your working with TCS during three years then your salary will increments as per companies policy or between those days if you promoted then you will get higher salary rather then normal increment .
