I hope you are doing fine, A full- time master's degree in robotics engineering will take you a year to complete, with two years for part-time options .

If you were to take my opinion , abroad does have much opportunities as compared to india. There are differences in technology and opportunities.

But that doesn't mean india is not good in opportunities in robotics. It is just that the exposure is more in abroad. You can get admission in colleges in India like IITs/nits or some of the private colleges like bits pilani where you can get good opportunities for abroad also.
