The counselling dates for AP PGECET were not yet announced officially by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Mostly it will be announced soon. And they will be mostly conducted in The 4th Week of July 2019. However the counselling for GATE and GPAT students has already started as the first priority is given to the GATE and GPAT students rather than AP PGECET Students.
