I would like to tell you that the cuoff of colleges after 10+2 can be determined approximately unlike colleges for 12th science/commerce fields.

The cutoff will mainly depend on the number of students and many other factors which is decided by that college.

I would suggest you to directly talk to the college authorities to get a approx value.
