Hello,
Each and every engineering colleges have totally different fee structure pattern.
For most of the government colleges the fee of each year is under 1.5 LPA.While for almost all private engineering colleges the fee ranges between 1.5-3.5 LPA.
You can get fee structure related details from the college's official website.
