There are several prestigious private medical colleges across the country. Manipal, CMC are one of those. For getting admission in a good one a rank within AIR 10,000 for UR is mandatory. If you want any other private medical colleges the rank can be between AIR 10000 To AIR 40000.

You haven't mentioned about NEET-UG/PG seats, so it is a bit difficult to say diplomatically.

In case of UG seats, your ranks can be within 30000 to  get a good private college of your choice.

In case of PG seats, your may rank around 15000-17000 for your choice of college.
