The Salary depends on the organization & the instituite from where you are doing this programme but the minimum salary you can expect 3.5 to 4 Lakh per annum.

Software engineer earns a good salary. If the qualification and skills are good then you can earn upto 30-40K  per month initally.

And it also depends upon the organisation you wish to join in.
