Read the Chemistry HSC textbook as many times as you can and try to remember most of the things in it. Direct questions are asked in Chemistry section of the paper from the HSC text, so you can answer those easily and as fast as you can.
For Mathematics and Physics you need to practice as many questions as you can from past year papers so that it proves useful for you in the exam.

Time is very important accessory in MHT-CET, especially in the Physics and Chemistry paper. So time yourself and solve questions. Increase your speed and be accurate at the same time.

Maths also requires practice. Study all the chapters. Don't miss out the little chapters like mathematical logic and other such lessons. Questions are asked from every chapter so prepare each and every lesson.

If you have any other doubts, feel free to ask. :)
