First of all congratulations upon your selection in a seat from TS EAMCET participating colleges. I assume you are now in the process of application and you are uploading required documents on the official portal. Also you may first need to scan your class xii marksheet that you may have received from the board from which you have appeared for examination. And then if site has limit of uploadable memory ( say 300kb) then you may need to resize the scanned copy in paint or MS Picture manager and then create it into a pdf. After which it can easily uploaded to site. Hope this answer helps!
