how spot round is different from special round

In spot rounds seats are allocated on the basis of first come and first serve but in this special round seats are allocated on the basis of rank.

My rank is 549321
SC Category rank is 45561 in paper 1
And in paper 2: 32143
SC Category rank is 2188 can you please tell some colleges it's very urgent because csab round is getting started
