Whenever you recieve a mail, there is a line in blue color at the last (most probably) saying '' unsubscribe''. Just check your mails, and try to find out the link, then click on the tab of unsubscription. It will take you to a new window and show you that the you have unsubscribed. That's all and you will receive no further emails.
