The NCC quota rules differ according to college/subjects etc. Some colleges have different category for NCC while some include it under sports. Usually an A certificate won't be of much benefit since it is the most basic one. Most colleges consider a B certificate and some only consider the C certificate. So admission through NCC lies at the discretion of the college.
