If you are asking about admission to medical/dental colleges in Maharashtra MBBS/BDS courses, then admission is on the basis of NEET exam.

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET)  is the largest entrance examination in the country for admission to medical, dental, and AYUSH courses in the country. National Testing Agency (NTA) is the conducting body of NEET 2019.
The exam will be held twice a year, in the months of February and May.
The mode of conduction of NEET 2019 will be online only, as a Computer-Based-Test.

Hello Abhi,

MH CET Medical is conducted in offline mode. This year, i.e. in 2018, it has already been conducted on May 10 in offline mode. 

This test is conducted by the govt of Maharashtra.
