Students who wish to apply for BASLP course should have 10+2 qualification in science stream, completed from a recognized educational board

A minimum aggregate score of 50 % for general candidate while for obc/sc/St it will be 45% at the 10+2 level

Physics chemistry, math/biology as the main subjects of study at 10+2 level

Most of the institutes in India offering this course, admit students on the basis of entrance exams like NEET, jipmer, aiims, manipal entrance test etc. I hope this information helps you.
