Tp apply for BCA course you have meet some requirements.
The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

Coming up to the fees then let me telly you that every college has different fee structure and different process for admission so you should first decide that in which college you want to study and then make yourself prepare for that accordingly.
